Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to expedite the proceeding of Sessions Case no. 2297 of 2024 (State Vs. Qaadir and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 487 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 506 I.P.C. Police Station- Malpura, District- Agra pending in the Court of learned Court of A.C.J.M. Court No. 2, Agra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that present case is pending since long and the case has not culminated to its logical conclusion. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice. 5. Keeping in view the period of pendency of the case, it is directed that the learned trial court shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal hurdle, without permitting undue adjournments to either sides. 6.
