Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral):
The present petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No. 4732 of 2026 dated 16.04.2026.

The learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office order dated 07.08.2026, whereby the representations of the petitioners have been allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievances of the petitioners still remain un-redressed and they intend to assail the said office order before the competent Court of law.

Since the judgment passed by this Court stands fully complied with, nothing remains for adjudication in the instant petition and the same is closed. However, liberty reserved to the petitioners to assail the office order dated 07.08.2026 before the competent Court of law.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid along with pending applications, if any.
