Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. No. 1023 of 2022, S.T. No. 497 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 302,201 of the IPC and charge has been framed under Sections 302/201/120B of IPC, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court in B.A. No. 2479 of 2025 vide order dated 27.03.2025. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has stoned his wife to death and was apprehended while she was going to cremate the body of the deceased. The learned counsel submits that it was a case of sudden provocation and there was no intention to kill his wife. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that bail application of the petitioner was rejected earlier and trial is going on, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner above named is rejected. 6. However, the State is directed to ensure that the remaining witnesses be promptly produced before the court. Only two witnesses are remained to be examined. ( 2026:JHHC:19290 ) 2 7. The learned counsel for the State is directed to communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police of the concerned District and to the Director, Prosecution to ensure compliance. 8.
