Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 110/2026 for the offence registered under Section 64(2)(M) of BNS and Sections 4/6/8 of POCSO Act, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act) Koderma. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim is 17 ½ years of age as per the FIR and it is alleged that the petitioner and the victim came in contact with each other through social media and that the petitioner has been repeatedly establishing physical relationship with the victim and in spite of warning, the petitioner did not mend his ways and ultimately the victim was enticed by the petitioner and was found in the railway station. The petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite party has opposed the prayer for bail. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the direct allegation made against the petitioner of committing rape upon minor girl, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
