By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of Chargesheet No. 817106324047901/2024, dated 22.06.2025, and all proceedings emanating therefrom, in connection with FIR No. 479/2024, dated 19.10.2024, registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj South, District South West, Delhi, under Sections 33/58 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009. 2. At the very outset, Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, points out that the matter is still at the stage of arguments on charge. 3.
