Mr. Amritansh Vats, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 13.12.2018 passed in W.P(S) No.7733 of 2013, which is the subject matter of the present contempt case, has been modified by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.03.2025 passed in L.P.A No.411 of 2019 against which the petitioner has preferred a Special Leave Petition being Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos.23901 of 2025 before the Hon’ble Apex Court wherein vide order dated 07.11.2025 after condoning the delay notice has been issued. 2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction, has submitted that he is not pressing the present contempt case. 3. Such submission has been made in presence of the learned counsel appearing for the concerned opposite parties. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Contempt Case is closed and disposed of as such. 5. Pending I.As, if any, stands disposed of.
