Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have paid the entire outstanding dues to the petitioner. She prays that the Receiver be directed to return the possession of the vehicle to the respondents as the respondents have cleared the outstanding dues. The Receiver is directed to handover the possession of the vehicle being Volvo Excavator, EC 210 D bearing Registration no. NON11029715 to the respondents within two working days. In view of the fact that the outstanding amount has already been paid to the petitioner, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and the same is dismissed as not pressed.
