Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Bengaluru, and the FIR in Crime No. 0351/2024 dated 17.11.2024 registered by the Respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 303(2), 315, 329(3), 336(3), 318(2), and 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. This Hon'ble Court, by order dated 15.09.2025, was pleased to issue notice to the Respondents. Subsequent thereto, the Respondent No.1-Police have completed the investigation and have filed the charge sheet before the Court of the II Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, and the same has been taken on file and numbered as C.C. No. 11360/2025.
