natural justice, and consequentially direct the respondents to grant admission to the petitioner under the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) quota in the 8th respondent school, by setting aside the AP RTE Lottery First Phase Results 2026, dated 25- 03-2026, published by the respondent herein, by calling for the entire record, culminating into publication of the impugned AP RTE Lottery First Phase Results 2026, dated 25-03-2026, and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on petitioner’s representation dated 26-03-2026, by following due process of law, pending disposal of the above writ petition, and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to Stay all further proceedings in pursuant to APRTE 2026 First Phase Results dated 25-03-2026, pending disposal of the above writ petition, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent Nos.2 to 7 in publishing the Andhra Pradesh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (A.P. RTE) Lottery First Phase Results-2026, dated 25.03.2026, without allocating 25% seats for Economically Weaker Sections in Class-I admissions relating to Respondent No.8/School and not initiating any action with regard to the representation, dated 26.03.2026, given by the Petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Sri K. Raghu Babu, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3 passed on letter of Mandal Educational Officer, Guntur-East, issued vide Rc.No.Spl/MEO- GNT/East/2026, dated 16.04.2026, wherein it is submitted that the management of Respondent No.8/School has informed them that no student had approached their School for admission into Class-I and that the management of Respondent No.8/School had expressed its willingness to admit the Petitioner into Class-I under Section 12(1)(C) of Right

of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE). The relevant portion of the letter is extracted as under:-
“It is also submitted that, through the office of the District Educational Officer, Guntur, it has come to notice that admission is being sought for Master Epuri Vikram Aditya into Class I in the said school under RTE 12(1)(c). The management of Vijetha Vidyalaya School has expressed its willingness and has stated that it has no objection to admit Master Epuri Vikram Aditya into Class I under RTE 12(1)(c), subject to the rules and instructions issued by the competent authority. Therefore, the above facts are submitted to the District Educational Officer, Guntur, for kind information and for taking necessary further action in the matter.”
3. In view of the same, as the grievance of the Petitioner is addressed, this Writ Petition is closed, and the letter is placed on record. There shall be no order as to costs.
