3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are innocent of the alleged offence and they are falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel would further submit that the Petitioners have been in judicial custody since 06.03.2025 and that they were produced before the Court on execution of P.T warrants. It is further submitted that the crime is of the year 2017.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed the petition and would submit that there are specific allegations against the Petitioners. It is further submitted that the Petitioners involved in several cases and they are habitual offenders. Hence, prayed for dismissal of the petition.
5. Having considered the rival submissions and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court finds that there are specific allegations against the Petitioners in connection with the alleged offence. The contention of the Petitioners that they are innocent and falsely implicated cannot be examined at this stage. Further, the Petitioners involved in several other cases and the same is mentioned in the petition and they are produced before the Court on execution of P.T warrant. The mere fact that the crime is of the year 2017 by itself is not a sufficient ground to enlarge the Petitioners on bail.
