The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-MCD to take action under Section 348 and Section 349 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (‘DMC Act’) in respect of the property bearing no.3664 to 3668, comprised in Khasra Number 1952 and 1953, Gali No. 15, Raigarpura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi (‘subject property’). 2. The petitioner who claims to be the owner of the subject property submits that the subject property is in a dangerous condition and hence, the same should be demolished.
