Application is allowed as prayed for, in light of the fact that the judgment on the basis whereof, the petitioner is seeking the decision on his representation is under challenge in Letters Patent Appeal and the Hon’ble Division Bench has been pleased to stay the operation of the judgment as has been informed. This application is disposed of with the observation that appropriate order in the case of the applicant/petitioner shall be passed within four weeks as from the date of the decision in the Letters Patent Appeal. With these observations, the application is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for revival of the petition, if the circumstances so warrant.
