When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate placed before me the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.Aa2/1443/2026 dated 03.04.2026, where compromise has been arrived at between the petitioner as well as private respondents, who have given an undertaking that they will not excommunicate the petitioner and his family and will facilitate their participation in the temple festival. 3. Recording the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
