JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 27/03/2026 1. The present bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 202/2025 registered at Police Station Dug District Jhalawar for the offence(s) under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 110 and 189(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicants has submitted that present is a case of cross FIRs wherein injuries were suffered by both the parties. It is submitted that all the male members, as involved, have been granted regular bail on 18.09.2025 by the concerned Court(s) (the said order is taken on record). It is submitted that present applicants are female members of the family, aged in-between 30-65 years, and that the applicants have [2026:RJ-JP:12825] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-1135/2026] no significant role to play. It is apprised to the Court that the co- accused, in the connected/cross-FIR matter have been granted benefit of bail. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the present bail application. 4. Having heard the contentions made by the learned counsel representing both the parties, upon a perusal of the material available on record and taking note of the fact that present is a case of cross FIRs wherein injuries were suffered by both the parties; that co-accused and other male members of the family have been granted regular bail by the concerned Court; that present applicants are female members of the family, aged in- between 30-65 years, this Court is inclined to allow the anticipatory bail application. 5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Dug, District Jhalawar in F.I.R. No. 202/2025 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicants Pappu Bai W/o Vikram Singh, Labhu Bai W/o Bharat Singh, Munna Bai W/o Narayan Singh & Prem Kanwar W/o Bhairun Singh, they shall be released on bail, provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each, with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station. Withal, following conditions are also imposed upon the applicants:- (i) that the applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise [2026:RJ-JP:12825] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-1135/2026] to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the applicants shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
