The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No.40 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 308(4), 351(2)(3), 352/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties and for that Section 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding was also initiated and, thereafter, the petitioner’s side has stopped construction, however, the informant’s side has started construction on the same land and for that altercation took place. He further submits that false allegation is made of demanding money. He then submits that the petitioner is happened to be a Para Teacher. To buttress this argument, he refers Annexure-2, which is ID Card annexed in the supplementary affidavit. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of demand of money is also there. 5. Considering that the petitioner is a Para Teacher and there is land dispute between the parties and Section 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding was also ( 2026:JHHC:3454 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 541 of 2026 initiated and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No.40 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 10th February, 2026 Ajay/
