Learned counsel further submits that the said order has now been recalled, and by way of a fresh order, new incumbents have been posted in place of respondents No. 6, 7, and 8. Accordingly, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent order by which the new incumbents have been posted in place of respondents No. 6, 7, and 8. 2.
