JAVVAJI SARATH CHANDRA Counsel for the Respondent: 1. 3 RRR,J C.R.P.No.860 of 2026 The Court made the following Order: The petitioner herein, had filed O.S.No.54 of 2025 before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, for specific performance of an agreement of sale on immovable property. The petitioner had also filed I.A.No.247 of 2025 seeking injunction restraining the respondents from alienating the subject property pending disposal of the suit. 2. Petitioner has now approached this Court on the ground that the said application has not been considered or disposed of by the trial Court despite the passage of one year, and that the application is being adjourned. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, the request of the petitioner for an early disposal of his application requires consideration. The non-disposal of the injunction application for more than one year, especially when the injunction application is for ensuring that the subject matter of the suit is not alienated, would result hardship to the petitioner. 4. In these circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed, directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.247 of 2025 at the earliest, and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
