Judgment 06/01/2026
1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 01.09.2021 (annexure-2) categorizing the petitioner as “non-permanent employee” duties were assigned. However, in the year 2025, without issuing any notices the petitioner was relieved from service.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded before the Court that upon representation vide letter dated 06.10.2025, petitioner was made to understand that he was relieved from the service on account of the fact that he was a temporary employee and was appointed through a placement agency. Nonetheless, there was no employer-employee relationship or employment through a public notice and therefore the petitioner had no right.
