By filing this writ application, the petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent No.2-Circle Officer, Chas to consider and dispose of Mutation Case No.1167 R-27/ 2026-27. 3. It is the contention of the petitioner that in Original Suit No.63 of 2025 the land in question was allotted to this petitioner, thus the petitioner has approached the respondent No.2 to get the same mutated. Mutation Case No.1167 R-27/ 2026- 27 was instituted but till date the same is pending. 4. Mr. A.K. Sahani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction be given to the respondent No.2 to dispose of the Mutation Case No.1167 R-27/2026-27 after passing a reasoned order within a reasonable time. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits that if the same is still pending, it will be disposed of. 6. Considering the said submission, I direct the respondent No.2-Circle Officer, Chas to dispose of the aforesaid mutation case by passing a reasoned order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. A copy of the order should also be communicated to the petitioner. 7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
