Learned counsel for petitioner has filed application No.01/2021 for disposal in light of judgment dated 22.02.2017 in SB CWP No.8162/2012 titled as Hajrai Lal Vs. State and Ors. passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court and submits that writ petition be disposed of in light of judgment as referred hereinabove. 3. Learned counsel for respondent has opposed the contention and placed reliance upon reply submitted by him. 4. Having considered the submissions and material placed on record, the issue raised herein is identical with already decided in case of Hajrai Lal Vs. State and Ors. (supra) [2026:RJ-JP:8267] (2 of 2) [CW-9551/2020] therefore the instant writ petition is disposed of in erms of order dated 22.02.2017 in case of Hajrai Lal Vs. State and Ors. (supra). The petitioner is entitled for minimum wages as directed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in case of Hajrai Lal Vs. State and Ors. (supra). 5. Needless to say that petitioner is entitled only for arrears from date of filing of writ petition, till date. 6. Accordingly, writ petition along with pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
