Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 9 months and from the accused there has been joint recovery of 101.14 Kgs. of Ganja. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. It has also been submitted that charges have already been framed and witness action has commenced. Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners in CRM(NDPS) 283 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
