The report is accompanied with statement of the girl Ms. “K.L.” recorded under [2026:RJ-JP:3225-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-273/2025] Section 183 BNS, 2023 wherein, she has claimed herself to be aged about 16 years and 9 months and has desired to reside with a boy Mukesh who is an accused in FIR No.0086 dated 04.04.2025 registered at Police Station Chechat, District Kota Rural. (2)The parents are at liberty to meet her as per applicable rules and regulations. (3) It is clarified that if Ms. “K.L.” wants to reside with her parents in future, she is at liberty to move an appropriate application in this regard before the competent forum. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly. (CHANDRA PRAKASH SHRIMALI),J (MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL),J DIKSHA /1
