Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that WP(T) No.1683 of 2009 was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 2.1.2020. He would contend that on the said date, a total of five cases were NIRMALA RAO 2 dismissed for want of prosecution, out of which four have already been allowed vide judgment dated 21.11.2023.
