The Opposite Party No. 2 filed the connected criminal petition being Crl.P. 48(AP)2026, seeking quashing and setting aside of the First Information Report(FIR) arising out of Seijosa P.S. Case No. 02/2026 u/s. 329(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita(BNS), 2023, without impleading the informant(applicant herein) as a party respondent. 3. By way of filing this interlocutory application; the applicant being the informant of the aforesaid police case, seeks her impleadment as respondent No. 2 in the criminal petition i.e. Crl.P. 48(AP)2026. 4. The prayer for impleadment of the applicant as respondent No. 2 in the aforesaid criminal petition, not being objected to by the learned counsels for the Opposite Parties, is allowed. 5. Let the informant Smt. Yari Nabam, W/o Shri Takum Nabam, aged about 64 years, PO/PS Seijosa, Pakke Kessang District, Arunachal Pradesh, be impleaded as respondent No. 2 in Crl.P. No. 48(AP)2026. 6.
