Heard Mr.G.Vishnuram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Senthil Ayyanar, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for R1 and R2 and Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for R3. 3. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an inspection has already been conducted by the Tahsildar, and there is no dispute regarding the property in question. 5. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- i. The representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2025 shall be considered. Due notice shall be issued to the petitioner or any other interested party and after a thorough enquiry, appropriate orders shall be passed. ii. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. iii.
