This is a bail application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for bail in connection with Hajo Police Station Case No. 83/2026 under Section Page No.# 2/2 61(2)/196(2)/353(1)(C)/352/299 of BNS 2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the School Certificate of the petitioner, on the date of the alleged offence, the petitioner was a minor. A photocopy of the certificate issued by the school authorities is annexed to the petition. After some deliberation, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for the leave to approach the learned Trial Court alongwith the certificate praying for appropriate relief. It appears from the documents annexed to the bail petition that the aforesaid certificate had not been placed before the learned remand Court. Accordingly, this petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court alongwith the certificate issued by the school to pray for appropriate relief, since the petitioner appears to be a minor on the date of commission of the offence.
