Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows:
"The present Petition was filed seeking to quash the Complaint dated 18.11.2024 pending on the file of the II Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Bengaluru, and the FIR in Crime No. 0353/2024 dated 18.11.2024 registered by the Respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 334, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 474 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. This Hon'ble Court, by order dated 27.10.2025, was pleased to issue notice to the Respondents. Subsequent thereto, the Respondent No.1-Police have completed the investigation and have filed the charge sheet before the Court of the II Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru, and the same has been taken on file and numbered as C.C. No. 11362/2025. In view of the subsequent development, the present Petition, which was filed at the stage of investigation

(crime stage), has become infructuous. The Petitioner therefore seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty to file a fresh Petition, if so advised, challenging the charge sheet in C.C. No. 11362/2025 in accordance with law. Wherefore, the Petitioner respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit withdrawal of the present Petition with liberty as stated above. The memo may be taken on record in the interest of justice."
In terms of memo, the petition is disposed as withdrawn.
