The prayer of the petitioner is for a direction upon respondents to accept the rent and issue online rent receipts in relation to the land situated at Mouza Chamatu, Thana Balumath, Circle Balumath, District-Latehar, Haal Khata No.313, Haal Khesra 2222, Rakba 2.23 Acre and Haal Khesra 2224, Rakba 6.77 Acre, Total Rakba, 9 Acre. 3. Considering the prayer made by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that it is the Circle Officer, Balumath, who has to first decide the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that there is no legal impediment in issuing the rent receipts after obtaining the rent from the petitioner, he will pass an appropriate order and accept rent from the petitioner and issue receipts. 4. If it is found that there are genuine legal impediments in accepting rent from the petitioner, the reasons, thereof should be communicated by the petitioner. 5. The entire process should be concluded within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
