1. The present appeal is filed under Section 37(1)(B) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act read with Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, assailing the Order dated 16.09.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in OMP (I) (COMM.) No. 420 of 2026.
2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellant prays to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file afresh after getting a copy of the impugned order of learned Single Judge of this Court.
3. With the aforesaid liberty, the appeal is dismissed alongwith pending application(s).
