The proceedings in COPC No. 22/2022 were closed vide order dated 28.03.2023, taking note of the order dated 02.08.2022 passed in LPA No. 127/2022 (State of H.P. & Ors. Vs. Sandeep Kumar). Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has placed on record a judgment rendered on 04.11.2025 in LPA No. 127/2022, whereby the LPA preferred by the respondents- State against the judgment dated 28.09.2021 passed in CWPOA No. 664/2020 was dismissed. The petitioner had alleged breach of the directions issued in CWPOA No. 664/2020. In view of the dismissal of LPA No. 127/2022 on 04.11.2025, the present application seeking revival of COPC No. 22/2022 is allowed and stands disposed of. COPC No. 22/2022 In view of the judgment dated 28.03.2022 passed in the present COPC, read with the aforesaid order, the proceedings are revived.
