2. This application is directed against the order dated 06.06.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge, Children Court, Dhanbad in Criminal Appeal No. 117/2026 whereby and whereunder the order dated 21.05.2026 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Dhanbad in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 49/2026 rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been affirmed. 3. It has been alleged that the husband of the informant had gone out from the house but did not return and subsequently on the next day informant came to know from some villagers about a dead body lying near BCCL Magazine. When she went to the place of occurrence she had identified the dead body of her husband. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2026. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of Md. Albax Ansari @ Sidhu which appears to be only incriminating circumstance against the appellant, while setting aside the order dated 21.05.2026 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Dhanbad in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 49/2026 and the order dated 06.06.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge, Children Court, Dhanbad in Criminal Appeal No. 117/2026, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)s with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Dhanbad in connection with Jorapokhar P.S.
