The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for the following reliefs: For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order (Orders), direction (s) in the nature of writ mandamus directing to the respondents concerned to take all the essential and required steps to for appropriate evaluation of the answer sheet of the petitioner who has appeared in Jharkhand Trained Madhyamik Acharya Combined Competitive Examination- 2025 through online on 21.01.2026, in view of the facts that question paper was given to the petitioner and other examinee was defective full with irregularities and accordingly the petitioner could not succeed to answer the 25 questions out of 150 questions in Urdu (MP2609). Further seeking an appropriate writ(S), order(s), direction(s) commanding the respondents to take all the essential steps to place the name of the petitioner in merit list if it is found suitable after the appropriate evaluation of the answer sheet given by the petitioner. Further seeking an appropriate writ(S), order(s), direction(s) commanding the respondents that during the pendency of the instant writ application the publication of result of the said examination may kindly be stayed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is fully entitled for the prayer made in the instant writ 2026:JHHC:18009 2 application; as such, interest of justice would be sufficed by directing the Controller of Examination of JSSC to look into the matter and redress the grievance of the petitioner as early as possible. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that since no counter affidavit has been filed; as such the petitioner may be directed to approach the Controller of Examination of JSSC by filing a fresh representation, who shall look into the matter. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and without going into the merits of the case, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the petitioner to file a detailed representation annexing all the relevant documents before the Controller of Examination of JSSC, who upon receipt of the same shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and take a decision in the matter in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate the same to the petitioner. 6.
