Primary School, Baidhi, Block Rajpur, District Balrampur- Ramanujganj; 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to any other relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. On the objection raised by the learned State counsel that the petitioner may have some other remedy in view of the contents of the representation (Annexure-P/1), learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 3.
