Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the anticipatory bail petition for the petitioner no.2, Pramod Bhagat. 2. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition for the petitioner no.2, Pramod Bhagat stands rejected. 3. Heard the parties. 4. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 133 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 11.04.2023 by the informant, Meghu Bhagat. 5. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the accused persons who are related to him came, armed variously and allegation of assault is there against them. Specific allegation of assault by farsa in on Pramod Bhagat on the head of the informant. Allegation against the other accused person including the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 is/are of assault/snatching of the gold ornaments/cash. This led to the F.I.R.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that only to implicate all the family members have been rounded out. The ladies have also been implicated in other case. 7. Learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that allegation of assault is there. 8. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the materials on record, allegation mainly is against Pramod Bhagat and his anticipatory bail application stands withdrawn. 9. So far as the petitioner no.1, Rinki Devi and petitioner no.3, Beena Devi @ Vina Devi are concerned, taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to extend them the privilege of anticipatory bail. 10. Let the petitioner no.1, Rinki Devi and petitioner no.3, Beena Devi @ Vina Devi be released on bail in the event

10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 133 of 2023 subject to the following conditions:- (i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioner no.1, Rinki Devi and petitioner no.3, Beena Devi @ Vina Devi who shall provide official document (Aadhar Card/Voter Id/Driving License/Pan Card) to show his/her bona fide; (ii) the petitioner no.1, Rinki Devi and petitioner no.3, Beena Devi @ Vina Devi shall be appearing before the Police Station as and when required for cooperating in the investigation; (iii) the petitioner no.1, Rinki Devi and petitioner no.3, Beena Devi @ Vina Devishall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his/her bail bond by the Trial Court itself; (iv) the petitioner no.1, Rinki Devi and petitioner no.3, Beena Devi @ Vina Devi shall in no way try to induce or
