The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for the following reliefs: (A) For direction upon the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and grant and make payment of the following amount payable to the petitioner:- (i) Salary including provident fund contribution for the period from December 2021 to July 2022; (ii) Withheld half salary and provident fund contribution for the period from August 2022 to March 2023; (iii) Due arrear salary and provident fund contribution for the period from April 2023 to August 2023; (iv) Arrears of education fee for the period from 2004 to 2016. (v) Due remuneration of about Rs.30,000/-of five examinations in which the petitioner discharged his duty as Examination Controller. 2026:JHHC:18402 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since counter affidavit has not been filed; as such, interest of justice would be sufficed by directing the respondent-University to look into the matter and forward the claim of the petitioner to the State so that his grievance made in this writ application can be redressed. 4. Learned counsel for the State and University submits that the petitioner may be directed to approach the 6th respondent-Secretary cum University Representative to look into the matter. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ application stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent No.6, who shall verify the records of the case vis-à-vis the claim of the petitioner and forward the same within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation to the Registrar of the University i.e. the respondent No.5, who in turn shall forward the same within a further period of 4 weeks to the 3rd respondent, who shall redress the grievance of the petitioner within a further period of 4 weeks. 6.
