This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, as the petitioner has been allegedly implicated in a criminal case registered under Sections 303(2), 317(5), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023 (corresponding Sections 379, 414, 3(5) of IPC, 1860), Sections 4, 21 of Mines and Minerals regulation and Development Act, 1957, rules 4, 54 of Jharkhand Minor Mineral Concession rules, 2004 and rules 7, 9, 13 of Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2017 Madhuban P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Dhanbad. 3. By a detail reasoned order, the earlier anticipatory bail of the petitioner was dismissed on 25.06.2025. There is no fresh ground to reconsider the same. Reconsidering, will amount to review, which is not permissible. 4. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Madhuban P.S.
