Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner while working on the post of Teacher (LB) was considered for promotion in the DPC held 2 on 16.10.2025 in which he was found suitable for promotion on the post of Head Master, Middle School. Name of the petitioner is also mentioned in the list enclosed along with Annexure-P/1. At the time of counseling for posting, petitioner was not called. Aggrieved with which he made representation before the respondent No. 3 on 13.01.2026, however, till date the same has not been considered and decided, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 3 to take decision on the claim of petitioner and to pass appropriate order of her promotion. 2. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 3. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the parties, nature of grievance raised, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 3 consider and take decision on representation dated 13.01.2026 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the order. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit a fresh comprehensive representation, if she so desire and if such a representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the same along with the pending representation. 4.
