02/ 24.06.2026: Heard the petitioner, who appears in-person and the learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The petitioner who appears in-person submits that there is discrepancy in maintaining the land records.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the area in question in digital records has been shown less than what has been recorded in physical register.
4. Considering the judgment passed by this Court on 10.06.2026 in W.P.(C) No.3953 of 2026 “Ram Prakash Bhagat @ Ram Prakash Oraon Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Others” I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent No.4-Circle Officer, Gumla.
5. The Circle Officer, Gumla should match the records which has been maintained in the digital format and in the physical register and if there is any discrepancy, the same should be corrected in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3953 of 2026.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is
disposed of.
