1. By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 31.07.2026 in BAIL APPLN. No.2174/2025 arising out of FIR No.5/2025 dated 05.01.2025 registered at PS.: Crime Branch under Sections 21/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and further extended vide order dated 02.09.2026 in BAIL APPLN.3660/2026. 2. The present case was listed yesterday on transfer and order was dictated in the Court. However, while correcting the order, this Court found various discrepancies in the latest medical documents [Annexure A4], which raised a grave suspicion on the veracity thereof. Accordingly, the present matter was listed today, when learned APP, upon instructions from the IO present in Court, submits that despite categoric condition imposed upon the applicant by this Court while extending the interim bail on 02.09.2026 that “(ii) The applicant shall not leave NCT of Delhi without intimating the Investigating Officer as also intimate him while leaving the hospital where he is undergoing medical treatments.”, the applicant, without informing the IO at the time of his discharge, proceeded to a jurisdiction outside Delhi in complete violation of the said term. 4. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application. 5. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. At this stage, it is felt appropriate to direct the Registry to strictly comply with the directions issued vide Circular No.184/Rules/DHC dated 29.05.2026, wherein it is categorically mentioned as under:-

In such cases where the petitioner/ applicant seeks extension of interim bail, the Registry of this Court shall place the record of previous bail applications pertaining to that matter with the fresh substantive bail petition/ application. ....”
