Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2024 in connection with S.T. No. 26 of 2025 arising out of Hirodih P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024for the offences registered under Sections 103(1)/238/3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of learned learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Giridih. 3. As per the report received from the concerned court there are altogether ten chargesheeted witnesses and all of them have been examined but the F.S.L. report is yet to be obtained from S.F.S.L., Ranchi by the prosecution. 4. The bail application of the petitioner was rejected earlier on meritsand the trial was directed to be expedited by the order dated 12.11.2025 vide order of B.A. No. 7904 of 2025. The neck of the wife of the petitioner was found severed and there is direct allegation against the petitioner. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and there is direct allegation against the petitioner and the bail application of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 6. However, the State is directed to ensure that the F.S.L. report is immediately produced before the court concerned so that the trial is taken to be concluded in logical end. 2026:JHHC:18940 2 7. Learned counsel for the State is directed to communicate this order to the Director prosecution, Superintendent of Police of the concerned district and also to S.F.S.L., Ranchi, immediately. 8.
