The applicant, merely, prays that he be kept in ‘Semi-Open Jail’. According to him, he meets all the eligibility criteria. 3. Learned ASC for State appears and submits that the abovesaid application shall be decided expeditiously and in accordance with law. 4. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the direction to respondent to decide the abovesaid application within four weeks from today. 5. The outcome, thereof, be duly communicated to the petitioner. 6. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the eventual decision of his representation, he would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy as available under law. 7.
