...RESPONDENT(S): Counsel for the Petitioner(S):
1. PARSA ANANTH NAGESWAR RAO Counsel for the Respondent(S):
1. GP FOR REVENUE (AP)
2. S PRANATHI The Court made the following:
ORAL ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the Writ Petitioners.
2. Since the learned Counsel representing the Writ Petitioners is no more, this Court had directed the Registry to issue fresh Notices to Writ Petitioner Nos.1 to 3. In compliance with this Order, Registry has issued Notices. Insofar as Petitioner No.1 is concerned, the Postal Endorsement would indicate that the Petitioner No.1 is living in abroad and therefore, service could not be effected. Insofar as the Writ Petitioner Nos.2 & 3 are concerned, the Office Report would indicate that they have been served on 01.12.2025.
3. Having taken note of the above facts, since the Petitioner Nos.2 & 3, who had already received Notices on 01.12.2025, have not evinced any interest in entering appearance either in-person or through a Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss this matter for non-prosecution.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
5. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
