For the purpose of disposing of this Petition, we do not find it necessary to issue notice to the affected parties who are appellants before the Additional Director of 5 to 8 WP 13th October 2026 Panchayat, South Goa, in appeals bearing Nos. ADP- II/P.A. No. 31/2021, ADP-II/P.A. No. 73/2021, ADP- II/P.A. No. 30/2021 and ADP-II/P.A. No. 29/2021. 2. Suffice it to state that the Petitioner is the complainant in the original demolition proceedings, based on which the Panchayat issued four demolition orders, all dated 05.02.2021, which are the subject matter of challenge before the Additional Directorate of Panchayat, South Goa in the aforementioned appeals; according to the Roznama produced, the Petitioner has been permitted to intervene in the matter, being the original complainant. 3. A statement is made on instructions from the Additional Directorate of Panchayat, South Goa that these matters are at an advanced stage, and written arguments are to be filed by the parties. 4. He further states that the appeals shall be disposed of by 15.12.2026. 5 to 8 WP 13th October 2026 5. This statement is accepted. The Additional Director of Panchayat, South Goa shall dispose of the above- mentioned appeals bearing Nos.
