Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 414 of IPC and Section 20(b)(ii)(c)/22(c) of Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is languishing in jail since 16.06.2024 about 21 months. He further submits that on the basis of confidential information intercepted a Ecco Sports car bearing Registration No. OD 14A 7711 and on search, 154.910 kgs of cannabis were recovered from the said vehicle and the petitioner who is the driver of the seized vehicle was apprehended at the spot. He further submitted that some of the accused persons have been granted bail by this Court. He further submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. He lastly submitted that the earlier bail application of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.01.2025 in B.A. No.8737 of 2024 and charge has been framed, however not even a single witness has been examined till date.

4. Per Contra, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submits that commercial quantity about 154 kgs of cannabis were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the fact that charge has been framed and there is no likelihood of early conclusion of trial coupled with the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2024, the Petitioner is enlarged on bail by furnishing bail bond of ₹ 20,000/- (INR Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum- Special Judges, Simdega in connection with NDPS case no.11/2024 arising out of Simdega P.S. Case No.74/2024.
6. It is made clear that during trial the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co-operate in trial. Further the petitioner will submit photocopy of his Aadhar Card and mobile number before the court below which he will always keep active and will not change and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
