This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- “A. issue a writ of certiorari or any other suitable writ or order quashing & setting aside impugned email communication dated 23.07.2026 of NCTE. B. issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ or order directing respondents to conduct inspection of petitioner institute, provide inspection report and process/decide application for conversion/transition of existing recognition of four year integrated B.A.B.Ed/B.Sc.B.Ed to Integrated Teacher Education Programme(ITEP) course expeditiously and in time bound manner. ...” 2.
