The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 “10.1 That, the records pertaining to the case of the petitioner may be kindly be called for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside and quash the impugned examinationguideline of Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board issued with respect to direct recruitment of Public Works Department Sub Engineer for year 2025to the extent of guideline/clause / condition 14 - Revaluation and recounting, in the interest of justice. 10.3. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities for providing the O.M.R. sheet / answer sheet of petitioner which was submitted by the petitioner during written examination of direct recruitment of Public Works Department Sub Engineer for year 2025, in the interest of justice. 10.4. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities for rechecking and revaluating the O.M.R. sheet of the petitioner submitted by her during written examination of direct recruitment of Public Works Department Sub Engineer for year 2025, through independent committee of experts, in the interest of justice. 10.5. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities for considering the petitioner for appointment of petitioner as Sub Engineer in the Public Works Department, in the interest of justice. 10.6. That any other relief which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to submit fresh representation before the concerned respondents and prays for direction be issued to the concerned authority to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respective respondents submits that they are having no objection in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioner. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to submit fresh 3 representation before the concerned respondents and in the event petitioner submits representation, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 weeks form the date of receipt of representation. 5.
