Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this case. 4. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that whenever a fresh case is filed, it has to be treated as tied up matter in view of order passed by Hon’ble Division Bench in B.A. No. 3828 of 2017 vide order dated 09.04.2018. 5.
