The present writ petition has been filed seeking setting aside of the demolition order dated 14th August, 2026 passed by the MCD as well as the order passed by the MCD on 22nd July, 2026, rejecting the regularisation application filed by the petitioner. 2. The sole basis of both the aforesaid impugned orders is that the petitioner has made deviation/excess coverage against the DDA standard plan at her flat, i.e. 42-G, Third Floor, Pocket L1 Sheikh Sarai, Phase - II, This is a digitally signed order. Counsel appearing on behalf of MCD on advance notice submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable and the proper remedy for the petitioner is to approach the Appellate Tribunal, MCD. 5. Having heard the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of while granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Tribunal, MCD. 6. However, a direction is issued to the respondent/MCD to supply a copy of the DDA’s standard plan to the petitioner within one (1) week from today. 7. No coercive action shall be taken against the subject property till the time the DDA’s standard plan is supplied to the petitioner.
