It is submitted that the Petitioner is the Trustee of Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir at Pandara, Bhubaneswar in the district of Khurda. It is submitted that the school i.e. Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir is running over the land in question alleged to be encroached and the final examination of the students of the school is ensuing within two months. In this regard a representation has been made by the Petitioner on behalf of the school to defer the steps for eviction till end of the ensuing final examination of the students. 3.
