The petitioners have filed the present petition for reviewing the order dated 08.12.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 36 of 2018. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners had filed an application for withdrawal of petition bearing WP(C) No. 36 of 2018 granting liberty to avail the alternate remedy available to them under the law whereas in the impugned order dated 08.12.2025 it has been inadvertently observed that the petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the application for withdrawal of WP(C) No. 36 of 2018 wherein the petitioners have prayed for withdrawal of writ petition on account of alternate remedy, the order dated 08.12.2025 is recalled and WP(C) No. 36 of 2018 is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy available to them under the law. 4.
